Regions

What this page does and does not say. We report per-region availability only — never per-node identities, capacities, customer counts, or anything else we deliberately don't store. Degraded means the region is still serving traffic but has reduced redundancy; new connections may route to other regions until it recovers. Down means no entry or exit node in that region is currently reachable from the control plane; existing tunnels may still work if their entry is alive.
